Tiffani is the Co-founder and Executive Director of The Dragonfly Harbor, Inc. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling  from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. In addition to her education, she has attended several trainings and conferences in the area of human trafficking and exploitation and has completed training to be a Forensic Interviewer, as well as a Private Investigator. Tiffani has experience working with community partners. She has experience educating Law Enforcement and the community on human trafficking awareness and intervention. She has worked in the area of trauma and human trafficking for the past 10 years, and has worked with assessing and treating adolescents and adults, using trauma informed and evidence based therapies, living in residential care settings, as well as in the community. Tiffani has previously served with the Governor's Board, being named Chair of one of three subcommittees for the Human Trafficking Advisory Board for the year 2021. Tiffani has been involved with anti- trafficking specific non-profits in the community aside from The Dragonfly Harbor, Inc., providing trauma counseling to victims. Tiffani has experience in collaborating with other organizations such as DCFS, OJJ, FBI, ATC, CASA, FINS, local and state law enforcement and the courts in order to insure best care for a victim. Tiffani enjoys being an advocate for those she serves.
