If you are a survivor wanting to request trauma counseling or other services for yourself, Please click the button below to email us.
Let us know where in Louisiana you are located, so we can set up services either in person or via telehealth depending on location or need.
If you are an agency or professional needing to refer a survivor for services, please click the boxes below to download our Referral form and Services Request Form. These forms can be returned by email or fax. Please email if your response is more urgent.
Please note that we provide as much as we can but some services may be full or limited by funding at the time of request.
