LCAST: Louisiana Communities Against Sex Trafficking

The Dragonfly Harbor, Inc. is honored to be the host agency for the Louisiana Communities Against Sex Trafficking. This initiative is a multi-disciplinary approach to combat trafficking in North Louisiana.
