
Professional Experience
Carol Morrow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Louisiana. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Carol has completed specialized training in both human trafficking and trauma. With more than 21 years of experience
working with at-risk youth and their families, Carol previously served as a DCFS Child Welfare Consultant. She has extensive experience helping clients connect with essential community resources and is a dedicated advocate for those she serves. Carol has worked collaboratively with a variety of
organizations, including OJJ, CASA, FINS, and the court system, to ensure the best possible outcomes for
clients. She also has experience partnering with community stakeholders and agencies such as the Children’s Bureau to support families and strengthen services for those in need.
Carol enjoys her work at The Dragonfly Harbor as she has a heart for her community and for those who need a voice. Carol hopes that her clients feel heard and seen. She promotes an atmosphere of growth and strives to help her clients improve their quality of life and functioning. Carol sees clients in our Hammond Office and is also available for telehealth appointments.
