Ashley Estalote earned her Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Louisiana. Her experience includes crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, case management, and multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare, legal, and community partners. Ashley felt drawn to the field of social work due to the wonderful examples she experienced from social workers and counselors who guided her through her teen years. Since high school she has harbored a passion for working with the underserved and underprivileged as she is grateful for the help she experienced. Ashley has worked with the Department of Children and Family Services since 2012. She began as a foster care worker in Washington Parish. Mrs. Estalote transferred to the Extended Foster Care Services Program in 2019. After working at DCFS, she began working with Youth Villages Lifeset Program.

Ashley provides trauma-informed therapy to survivors of human trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of abuse. She also serves clients in the community who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. Ashley is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and respected throughout their healing journey.

Ashley identifies as a Hufflepuff and enjoys a life of wedded bliss with her husband, John, and their four-legged dependents (Dexter, Daphne, and Demi).
